Hi! I'm Zoe, founder of Zoehosts, a licensed Airbnb property manager on the Gold Coast managing 110+ short-term rental properties across Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and the wider Gold Coast.
Zoehosts specializes in Airbnb property management and short-term rental management with an average occupancy rate of 94%, well above the local market average. Our properties achieve strong results through hotel-level cleaning standards, professional presentation, dynamic pricing and hands-on management.
This commitment has earned Zoehosts the Booking.com Traveller Review Award three years in a row: 2026, 2025 and 2024.
My journey began when I started renting out my own apartment in Surfers Paradise, where I exceeded the revenue estimates of the top three Airbnb management companies by 49% in the first year.
Today, Zoehosts is one of the leading Airbnb property management companies on the Gold Coast. I personally oversee property standards, inspections and team selection to ensure every property operates at peak performance.

Cost: 450 AUD+GST (one-off, paid from first payout)
GET LISTED AND START EARNING
I list your property on all the platforms, optimise listing and rates, market your property and share reports with you.
Fee: from 14%+GST from booking amount

This place truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. The penthouse and its beautiful skyrise views were absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise and sunset from there was one of the highlights of our stay, the views were simply unforgettable.
The host was wonderful and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We would happily stay here again.

The location was perfect, super close to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets, and the main area, so everything was within easy walking distance. The host was very communicative and always quick to respond to any questions, which made everything so easy. The apartment was clean, and all listed amenities were provided. Would definitely stay again!

Zoe’s place at the Jewel was an oasis for us… incredible views, easy access to the beach, gorgeous outdoor spaces to use, amenities close by. Zoe was helpful and easy to work with. Much appreciated!
